Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
- Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and match with purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment approvals.
- Schedule and process timely vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly AP reports and summaries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support cash flow management.
- Handle Vat coding and fixation of European invoices.
- Knowledge of Accounting Tools.
SEO & Graphic Design (Optional)
- Assist in SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics tracking.
- Support website content optimization for better ranking.
- Backlinks Creation
- Knowledge of ON page, OFF Page and Technical page.
- Know how to drive ADS Campaigns.
