Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Bayleaf Heights, Opposite Doon Trafalgar Society, Dhoran Road, Near IT

Park, Canal Road, Dehradun.

Job Responsibilities

 Generate and qualify leads from various sources, including online portals, cold

calls, and on-site inquiries.

 Conduct site visits with prospective clients, effectively showcasing the

property's features and benefits.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive sales

experience.

 Present and negotiate offers, finalise agreements, and assist clients through the

entire sales process.

 Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the management.

 Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the competitive

landscape in the Dehradun real estate market.

Qualifications and Requirements

 Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.

 A strong understanding of the local real estate market in Dehradun is preferred.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Must be a target-oriented and self-motivated individual.

 Ownership of a personal two-wheeler is mandatory for conducting site visits

with clients.

  1. Salary The salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 for freshers to a maximum of

₹30,000 for experienced candidates, based on their experience and performance. The

role includes a strong component of performance-based incentives tied to monthly sales

targets.
