Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Experience Required: 1–3 years in FMCG sales

Location: Dehradun

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective product placement and distribution.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to expand market reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market visits for order booking, product promotion, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for smooth delivery.
  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
  • Execute promotional activities and schemes to boost sales in assigned territory.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).
  • Proven 1–3 years of FMCG field sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of local market and distribution network.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; familiarity with sales reporting tools is a plus.
