We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 26-25 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hospital services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and medical history.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hospital Receptionist or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
