Job Description Python Tester

Position: Python Tester

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Pan India (Remote/Hybrid as per project needs)

Notice Period: Immediate / Short Joiners preferred

Key Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python-based testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest, Nose, etc.)
  • Expertise in automation testing using Python
  • Good knowledge of API testing (Rest API, Postman, Rest Assured)
  • Experience with Selenium/Appium (Python bindings) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency in writing clean, reusable, and maintainable test scripts
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Python
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Conduct API testing and validate backend services
  • Identify, log, and track bugs to closure
  • Integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases
  • Ensure test coverage, performance, and scalability

  • 5+ years of strong experience in Python testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
