Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil engineering works across all project stages (design, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout).
  • Review, coordinate, and approve designs, drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor contractors' performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, safety, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Interface between clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (masters degree preferred).
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in PMC roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering Residencial Rise buildings, Educational Institution Buildings, commercial Buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, standards, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC / contract management practices is an advantage.
