• Knowledge and understanding of work permit system and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of good Installation and Mounting practice for various field installations.
• Inward material physical inspection at site and material inspection at vendors place.
• Understanding of Project documents (P&ID, layouts, instrumentation documents, I/O list, Hook - up drawing, layouts, interlock, MCC/PCC interconnection).
• Coordination with mechanical, civil, electrical dept. for instrumentation execution requirements.
• Coordination with PCC/IMCC/UPS/DCS and other vendors for system installation and commissioning (interlocks, cold loop checking, hot loop checking).
• Coordination with plant maintenance team for greenfield/brownfield project requirements.
• Measurement verification, bill certifications, project handover documentation.
• Daily/weekly progress report to reporting manager.
• Responsible for Commissioning of green/brown field projects.
• Responsible for site execution work related to instrumentation project.
• Responsible for project documentation & project handover to concerned site team.
• Instrumentation material inventory monitoring and reconciliation of material.

• Communication (written and verbal), Pressure tolerance, Time management, Decision making, Prioritizing Skills, Cost Consciousness, Systems Analysis.
• Attention for detail.
• Team player.
