We are pleased to inform you about an immediate opening for the position of Senior

Accountant at our Chennai office.

Position: Senior Accountant

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (to align with US time zones)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage General Ledger (month-end activities) including bank reconciliation statements, payroll accounting, income journal, sales tax filing, and balance sheet reconciliation for US companies.
  • Perform reconciliations and prepare monthly financial deliverables for management review.
  • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of assigned preparers, maintaining an error tracker with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for submission to management.
  • Identify and resolve unreconciled items in coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email and calls for issue resolution.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to clients.
  • Maintain and update the work allocation matrix and prepare monthly KPI metrics.
  • Escalate pending issues to higher management when required.
  • Adhere strictly to information security and control procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data accurately.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹520,000.00 per year
