Brand Promotion: o Organize promotional activities such as CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, doctor meetings, and local events. o Distribute promotional materials like visual aids, product samples, and brochures to franchise partners. 5. Customer Relationship Management: o Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to support their operations. o Address partner queries and resolve issues promptly. o Ensure high satisfaction and engagement levels among franchise partners. 6.
