**LXIR Medilabs Pvt. Ltd.** is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company engaged in **PCD franchise operations, third-party manufacturing, and B2B distribution** across India. We offer a wide portfolio of high-quality products across multiple therapeutic segments including Derma, Ophthalmic, and General Medicines.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and expand PCD franchise networks for derma products across assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and franchise partners.
- Promote derma products to doctors, chemists, and stockists through effective product knowledge and relationship management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure timely support for order placements, queries, and delivery follow-ups.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and marketing teams for smooth execution of business operations.
- Provide market feedback and suggest promotional strategies to boost product visibility and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD pharma sales (specifically in the dermatology segment).
- Strong understanding of derma products and relevant client base.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and generate business.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.

**Working Hours**
- 6 Days Working
- Timings**:9:30 AM - 6:00 PM** or **10:00 AM - 6:30 PM** (as per assigned shift)

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
