We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial recording, timely reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations. The role includes monitoring cash flow, managing payments, supporting audits, and supervising the finance team.Key Responsibilities:Daily Financial Transactions: Record, track, and ensure accuracy of all receipts, payments, and journal entries.Expense & Revenue Management: Monitor company expenditures and income, ensuring compliance with budgets and flagging variances.Payment Processing: Review, approve, and release vendor and operational payments with proper documentation and internal control compliance.Bank & Cash Flow Management: Monitor bank balances, oversee cash flow planning, and maintain sufficient liquidity for daily operations.Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Budget Tracking & Variance Analysis: Support budget preparation and perform continuous comparison of actuals with budgets, providing analysis and recommendations.Vendor & Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts, verify expense claims, and ensure all payments have proper documentation.Compliance & Audits: Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required records and coordinating with auditors.TDS, GST & Statutory Filing Support: Work with CA and team to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, GST compliance, and TDS deductions/payments.Team Oversight: Supervise junior finance/accounting staff, review their work, and provide guidance to maintain accounting accuracy and efficiency. RequirementsProven experience as a Finance & Accounts Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory regulations, and tax compliance.Hands -on experience with financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and budget tracking.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem -solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
