RTR Supervisor

We're looking for an RTR Supervisor to join our growing team and drive end-to-end Record-to-Report processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and play a key part in transformation initiatives across accounting operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee RTR processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, and lease accounting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and support SOX controls
  • Supervise a team and coordinate task assignments to meet SLA/KPI targets
  • Support internal and external audits with thorough documentation and timely responses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Tax, Treasury, AP/AR, and FP&A
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Utilize tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft D365, Blackline, or Trintech

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting at a multinational company
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and audit processes
  • Hands-on experience with RTR processes in ERP environments
  • Proven ability to lead transitions, improve processes, and manage service delivery
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
