Developer/Architect

Celcom Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Developer
with strong expertise in
Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
Development.

Experience:
10+ Years

Notice Period:
Immediate to 30 Days (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
    design, configuration, and customization.
  • Expertise in
    Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
    with deep knowledge of rating, charging, and billing processes.
  • Proficient in
    product catalog, pricing models, policy, and discount configuration
    within ECE/BRM.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution skills across ECE and BRM stack.
  • Experience in
    integration with CRM, OSM, and other BSS/OSS systems
    .
  • Ability to work in Agile teams, lead technical discussions, and provide solutions for complex charging/billing requirements.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Cloud deployment (OCI/AWS), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Telecom domain experience with large-scale billing and charging transformations.
