Making an impact. What will you do?

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling processes using APCS/DCS system and to the best of ability to meet the onsite customer requirements and liquid requirements for the merchant market- using visual observation via field round, process data analysis and trending and other method also you will operate, start – Stop & Optimize plant using productivity tools and ensure lowest cost of production

Changing mode of plant per need of liquid or gases and ensuring no upsets

Further you need conduct troubleshooting in cases of process related problem/process disturbances and take necessary action whenever required and support Plant Manager per his requirements

You will be responsible for helping in sustaining QMS certification (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 1800) in carrying out the required action as per standard applicable area and to ensure timely reporting of daily DPR, monthly plant MIS , and other consolidated plant reports to Plant Manager & HO

You will lead a team of process engineer, coordinate with maintenance team to ensure no unscheduled breakdowns through condition monitoring calculating efficiency of the machines and plant performance and ensure the effective water treatment program and maintain the desired water quality

Additionally, you will be responsible for timely completion of the agreed project within the planned cost by raising CAPEX and coordinating with the company officials/vendors and also you will work as a site in charge and plant emergency coordinator in absence of plant manager and senior officers

You will be responsible to produce medical Oxygen as per FDA standards

Further you have to comply with Statutory compliances with respect to Drug license, Pollution Control Board, wireless license, Factory license, etc as applicable

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You have a Diploma / Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with min 6 - 8 years' experience in ASU

Process Knowledge related to Air Separation Units (ASU)

Further you have good computer skills (MS Office) and strong presentation skills

Communication skills are required, as well as the ability to multitask

Safety Awareness is key in this role
