Job description

We are looking for a motivated 
Brand Operations & E-Commerce Associate
 to support and grow our brand's operations and digital presence.

This role offers a hands-on experience across brand strategy, e-commerce management, and business development, perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced creative environment.

Brand Operations

  • Devise and present simple ideas and strategies to support sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner businesses and clients
  • Create detailed product linesheets for partners
  • Seek and connect with prospective clients domestically and internationally, helping close orders
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless brand operations
  • Assist in managing studio schedules, external vendors, and brand events or pop-ups
  • Handle basic backend tasks such as order processing, packaging coordination, and customer support when needed
  • Maintain brand documentation and filing systems (digital & offline)

Digital Operations & Social Media Support

  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify and other e-commerce store backends:
    product uploads, inventory updates, and content refreshes
  • Understand and manage online sales channels
  • Track inventory and update partner businesses regularly
  • Handle onboarding of new marketplaces and maintain existing marketplace presence
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategy across online and offline channels
  • Coordinate and assist in planning photo/video shoots, campaigns, and collection launches
  • Liaise with influencers, stylists, collaborators, and PR contacts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in brand operations, e-commerce, or business development (fashion/lifestyle experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify websites
  • Strong Operations and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with retail, wholesale, and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), with bonus points for CRM or ERP tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Passion for slow fashion and an understanding of

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, influencer culture, and brand voice
