About the Role

We're on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into visually stunning designs As a Graphic Designer at uEngage, you'll craft visuals that captivate, communicate, and connect — across digital and print media. From social media creatives to app visuals, from presentations to merchandise, your designs will shape how our brand is seen and experienced.

What You'll Do

  • Design Magic: Create eye-catching visuals for social media campaigns, marketing collaterals, app screens, presentations, merchandise, and more.
  • App & UI Assets: Support our product and app design teams by creating intuitive and appealing UI assets that ensure seamless brand consistency.
  • Visual Storytelling: Design short-form videos, GIFs, and reels that bring stories and campaigns to life.
  • Brand Custodian: Maintain and evolve brand design guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint — online and offline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Continuous Growth: Explore animation and motion design to take your creativity to the next level.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (or a strong portfolio) showcasing creativity across digital and print formats.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva (bonus points for After Effects or motion tools).
  • Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with quality.
  • Hunger to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience designing for apps or digital products.
  • Understanding of UI/UX workflows.
  • Knowledge of print design (merchandise, packaging, marketing materials).
