Graphic / Visual Designer

A versatile Graphic / Visual Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they'll get to design for social media, apps, presentations, merchandise, and more.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Creative Design: Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, marketing collaterals, presentations, merchandise, and printables.
  • App & UI Assets: Curate and design visual assets to support product/app UI and ensure brand consistency.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain design guidelines and ensure uniformity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, GIFs, reels, and basic motion content for campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Learning & Growth: Be open to experimenting with animation/motion design and upgrade skills to bring static designs to life.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (or a strong portfolio) in graphic/visual design across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Canva (bonus if familiar with After Effects or similar tools).
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn motion design and animation.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing for apps or digital products.
  • Knowledge of print design (merch, packaging, marketing collaterals).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
