The Sky Phygital - Location Head will play a pivotal role in driving the bank's customer engagement and sales initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Sky Channel-Phygital team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Proven track record in sales management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required for business needs.
