As the Sky Phygital - Location Head, you will play a crucial role in managing and motivating a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sky Phygital channel professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to support business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance the channel's offerings.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members for their professional growth.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, promoting the Sky Phygital channel and its unique value proposition.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful team management and sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
