The challenge: BBETTER is a fast growing company which needs a creative graphic designer to convey the USPs of our products to the customers. We need designs that catch attention and convey our proposition. We also need this person to edit our video podcast which is in the top 10% most viewed worldwide. What you'll do:

  • Create designs for our products for various marketplaces and our own website
  • Create click-worthy ads
  • Cut & edit clips of our Settle Or BBETTER podcast
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Analyze data to optimize the creatives & clips.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, advertisements, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Add music, sound effects, voice-overs, and visual effects to enhance the video quality
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and storytelling style.
  • Manage and organize video assets, file naming, and project backups efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and software updates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos under tight deadlines.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven work experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, & After Effects.
  • Basic knowledge of sound design and color correction.
  • Creativity, storytelling skills, and a strong visual sense.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
