Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Head / Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Convincing prospective clients and following up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to maintain strong client relationships.
- Guide clients throughout the buying process including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closure.
- Handle client objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales closures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project updates.
- Generate leads through referrals, canopy activities, and other promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and client generation activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis.
- Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal documentation and company policies during the sales process.
Key Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline; Graduate / MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team handling role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel within city/site locations as required.
