Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Head / Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Convincing prospective clients and following up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Guide clients throughout the buying process including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closure.
  • Handle client objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales closures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project updates.
  • Generate leads through referrals, canopy activities, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and client generation activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal documentation and company policies during the sales process.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline; Graduate / MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team handling role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must be willing to travel within city/site locations as required.
