Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage LMS administration, including user setup, data analysis, and reporting.
  2. Coordinate training schedules and activities for employees across various departments.
  3. Develop and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of e-learning modules into existing training programs.
  5. Provide technical support to learners on using the Learning Management System (LMS).
  6. Extract and present the training reports to the Management.
  7. LMS Management and/or MS Excel and/or Data Analytics
  8. LMS Management, Training Scheduling, and Calendar, Finance, Analytics, Training Effectiveness Measurement.
  9. Create and publish monthly training calendars
  10. Maintain a record of the Trainer Certification data.
  11. Create monthly reports on training coverage ILT training and e-training.
  12. Collect of trainee feedback data and prepare trainer performance reports.
  13. Prepare regular training progress reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.)

Knowledge and Skill Set

  • Direct, recent experience with training operations management,
  • Excellent skills at using Microsoft Excel for data evaluation and report generation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Occasional travel between training locations potentially required.
