About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Audit & Assurance practice as a Manager / Associate Director specializing in the Financial Services sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead statutory audits and related assurance services, delivering valuable insights and maintaining high standards of audit quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Statutory Audit engagements under Indian GAAP, IFRS, and GAAP
  • Collaborate with Partners/Directors to manage client relationships and expectations
  • Guide and manage a team of audit professionals to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • Leverage technology and compliance tools to deliver efficient and effective audits
  • Provide insightful recommendations that go beyond financial reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 4+ years of experience in statutory audit in a similar environment (Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms)
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting frameworks and regulatory environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, client expectations, and multi-location engagements
  • Willingness to travel within India or internationally, as required
