Location: E44/10, 3rd Floor, JK Tyre Building, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi – 110020

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive with expertise in Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences recruitment. The role involves managing the entire hiring process – from sourcing candidates to onboarding – ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Specialize in hiring for Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences roles (Medical Representatives, R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Sales & Marketing, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and design industry-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Manage offer roll-out, negotiations, and joining confirmations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding formalities – document collection, verification, and induction coordination.
  • Maintain structured recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
  • Build a talent pipeline for niche roles across healthcare and pharma functions.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or Life Sciences.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of industry job roles and functional requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple mandates.
