Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Dehradun/Rishikesh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, actively reaching out to prospective customers, managing sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes delivering product training to clients, optimizing the sales process, and collaborating closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Capability to conduct client Training and presentations to educate customers on product offerings.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience in sales within the chemical or industrial sector is highly desirable.
