*Position Overview*

The Senior IS-U (Techno-Functional) Professional is responsible for leading end-to-end solution delivery, configuration, customization, and support of SAP IS-U modules. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions that support utility billing, customer service, device management, and meter-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in both functional capabilities and technical enhancements within SAP IS-U.

*Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities*

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business teams for IS-U modules (Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, EDM, FICA, Customer Service).
• Analyze business processes and propose best-practice IS-U solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Configure SAP IS-U components including rate structures, schemas, billing rules, premise/contract account setup, and master data.
• Ensure smooth integration of IS-U with CRM, ERP, FICO, WM, PM, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Handle end-to-end Meter-to-Cash (M2C) process optimization.
• Conduct functional testing, system validations, UAT support, and documentation.
