Job Description Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities - Lead requirement gathering sessions with business teams for IS-U modules (Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, EDM, FICA, Customer Service). - Analyze business processes and propose best-practice IS-U solutions aligned with organizational objectives. - Configure SAP IS-U components including rate structures, schemas, billing rules, premise/contract account setup, and master data. - Ensure smooth integration of IS-U with CRM, ERP, FICO, WM, PM, and other SAP/non-SAP systems. - Handle end-to-end Meter-to-Cash (M2C) process optimization. - Conduct functional testing, system validations, UAT support, and documentation.
