Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Holiday Packages to lead our holiday sales and operations team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international holiday packages, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-performance sales teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, growing revenue, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of holiday package consultants (domestic & international).
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.
Train, motivate, and coach team members on product knowledge and upselling.
Handle high-value clients and complex holiday bookings.
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs for package fulfilment.
Oversee accurate costing, itinerary planning, and documentation.
Submit performance reports and suggest process improvements.
Key Requirements:
3- 6 years of experience in domestic & international holiday packages.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in customer service, sales, and holiday package planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹48,000.00 per month
