About the Role:
We are looking for a go-getter Event Sales Executive with experience in securing sponsorships and inviting top-tier attendees for high-impact events focused on financial markets and trading. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the trading ecosystembrokers, prop firms, fintech players, exchangesand can tap into this network to drive event revenue and participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sponsorship sales by targeting trading platforms, brokers, prop trading firms, fintech providers, and related financial market participants.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across the trading and investment ecosystem.
- Strategically invite and convert relevant delegates, speakers, and influencers from the financial trading industry.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings to generate and close leads.
- Collaborate closely with the event production and marketing teams to align sales outreach with event goals and themes.
- Maintain an active and well organised sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums when required.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in event sales, ideally with a focus on financial/trading industry sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, brokerage firms, and investment products.
- Prior experience in selling sponsorships for B2B events is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A hustler mentality—proactive, persistent, and highly target-driven.
- Comfortable with outbound sales and interacting with CXO-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
