We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day office administration, coordinate internal tasks, and ensure smooth operations across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and hands-on experience in office management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office administration and operational tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including logs and reports for
office boys, drivers, and support staff
. - Ensure
drivers and support staff follow company policies
and maintain discipline in daily operations. - Manage and process
reimbursements/claims for drivers, support staff, and other administrative expenses
. - Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain vendor relationships.
- Manage internal communications and ensure timely information flow across teams.
- Resolve day-to-day administrative issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Organize office events, team activities, and corporate meetings.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
- Sound knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Experience in
coordinating drivers, support staff, and reimbursements
is preferred. - High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
