About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Debt Management Services to join our team within the The Wheels division, specializing in 2-wheeler (2W) and 3-wheeler (3W) segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing debt recovery processes, managing collections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical s, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the end-to-end debt recovery process for 2W/3W loan portfolios.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and non-performing assets (NPAs).
- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with collection agents and third-party agencies to ensure timely recovery.
- Analyze portfolio performance data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions to improve collection rates.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in debt management activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, recovery rates, and portfolio health to senior management.
- Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, and operations to optimize recovery processes.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in debt management, collections, or related financial services, preferably in the 2W/3W sector.
- Strong understanding of loan recovery processes, collection strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal s.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with debt management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
