Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's services, increasing patient footfall, and enhancing the hospital's public image through effective marketing, outreach, and branding activities. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with referring doctors, and coordinating community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialty departments.
  • Conduct field visits to referring doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations to generate patient referrals.
  • Organize and manage health camps, awareness programs, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Coordinate digital and social media marketing activities in line with hospital goals.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and advertisements.
  • Maintain records of marketing visits, lead generation, and conversion reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand hospital reach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the hospital's brand image through public relations activities.
  • Work closely with the management to plan promotional events and campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of healthcare marketing trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹22,000.00 per month
