Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform loan underwriting
  • Prior experience in US Mortgage
  • Strong understanding of the 4 C's: Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral
  • In-depth knowledge of the US mortgage process
  • Proficient in credit review, including liability reconciliations and guideline requirements
  • Skilled in asset/capital review in line with guideline requirements
  • Familiarity with LTV, CLTV, PITI, and DTI calculations
  • Understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
  • Experience with government loans: FHA, VA, and USDA
  • Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA guideline requirements
  • Excellent communication skills

Mandatory Instructions:

  • Should be a graduate.
  • Understanding of the Mortgage Servicing Industry.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • No documented disciplinary action in the past 12 months.
  • Should have an Appraisal rating of ''Effective Performance" or above in the last completed performance cycle.
  • Should have completed 9 months in the current role.
  • The first 60 days will require full-time work from the office, without exceptions
  • Training will be conducted exclusively at the Mumbai office
