Position :- Design Engineer ( Mechanical )

Experience : 0 to 3 Years

Location : Bhosari, Pune.

Education : B.E - Mechanical/Diploma/Post Diploma.

  • Design & Development of BIW (Body-in-White) Fixture - Spot Welding and MIG Welding , Automated Fixture for Robotics Line , Material handling , Manual Line.
  • Expertise in using CAD software like 3D Unigraphics , CATIA - Part , Assembly , Surfacing , Sheet metal , Drafting.
  • Hands on 2D Auto Cad - Layout , Drafting.
  • Provide support to the new product development with 1st-time-right mentality.
  • Design Fixture and its components and systems with respect to manufacturability, tooling feasibility and assembly.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Expert in Material Selection , Material Grades , Surface Treatment , Surface Coatings , Testing and checking of material.
  • Well known ideas of Pneumatic Systems , Hydraulic System and its Products.
  • Knowledge of Interfacing of Control Panel , electrical component and Pneumatic in Projects while designing and project execution.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and its implications, Good in creating component/assembly drawings etc.
  • Project Execution from start phase to end of project as Project Lead.
  • Collect Customer input for projects , Handling Concept design , Cycle time and Process Study and Project Fesibility study.
  • Independently prioritizes the completion of tasks and resolution of issues to ensure deliverables
  • Preparation of proper documentation for every project.
  • Preparation of Detailed DAP document , DAP with Customer and Finalize Design.
  • Detailed BOM and hardware preparation to meet the project timeline with cost control.
  • Manufacturing Design, Manufacturing Process finalization , Follow up , Guide and Handle Manufacturing team on Shop floor.
  • Preparation of proper design document to enable correct assembly and trials and Conduct trials at shop floor and solve the issues in Assembly and trials.
  • Development of project considering all site conditions, Interlocks and equipment.
  • Documented check of auto cycle at shop floor as well as on site.
  • Handling of team working on various projects at various stages of project.

Knowledge of PLC and Robotics Systems is add on advantage.

Note :- He / She must be handle the project with team through out process - Customer requirements to Handover.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
