Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer AutoCad at Trimasys Control Solutions in Pune. The Sr Design Engineer Autocad will be responsible for tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), electrical engineering, and product design on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Complete knowledge on AutoCAD Electrical/ AutoCAD, software's.
  • Design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and/or prepare study and analyze existing systems. Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Able to design PLC Control Panel, LV panels along with BOM and validation.
  • Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
  • Co-ordinate & Complete Project task based on work assignment.
  • Deliver & execute the assigned projects / work package on time with quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members.
  • Support Sr. Design Engineer / Sr. Project Engineers on technical issues.
  • Ensure project implementation follows the engineering delivery standard with quality requirement.
  • Work with Team Sr. Design Engineer/Sr. Project Engineer clarify technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's in electrical / Instrumentation / Control Automation .
  • Perform technical review of customer specifications/drawings.
  • Modify/Create Bills of Materials and project drawings (electrical/dimensional) for assigned projects, ensuring all customer specifications are met in the scheduled time period.
  • Complete knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical / AutoCAD, software's.
  • Must be aware of electrical design standards and NEC codes.
  • Experience with PLC Control systems such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider etc.
  • Should have gone through a complete project life cycle from design phase to commissioning.
  • At least 2 years of Design Experience.
