Junior

Site Engineer in Chennai

who can manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate technical execution, and ensure design intent is realized across
architecture + interior projects in a dynamic, design-driven firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site execution of architecture and interior projects: monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and maintaining adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects/designers, structural/MEP consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
  • Interpret design drawings & specifications, issue site instructions, manage site changes and ensure they reflect design intent.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, site protocols, material quality and workmanship.
  • Maintain site documentation: daily logs, progress reports, site measurement sheets, and hand-over checklists.
  • Assist in material/shop drawing review, site measurement verification, and vendor/subcontractor coordination.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, report deviations and recommend corrective actions in consultation with the project team.

Desired Skills & Profile

  • Bachelor's/ Diploma in Architecture/ Interior/ Civil preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in site engineering or site supervision roles, with exposure to both architectural and interior projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction processes, detailing, MEP/structural coordination and interior works.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, shop drawings and construction documentation.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and on-site contractors.
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solver and hands-on site presence.
  • Familiarity with site safety protocols, vendor/subcontractor management and quality control procedures

Location:

T-Nagar, Chennai

Working days:

Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
