Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Junior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our engineering department in machine operation and customer support. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or an engineer with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to grow in the field of laser technology and industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working on basic machine setup, calibration, and functionality job work.

2. Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, on-site visits.

3. Participate in product demonstrations for potential clients.

4. Maintain records of service visits, machine performance, and customer interactions. Prepare reports, troubleshooting guides, and spare part lists.

5. Validate machine performance against technical specifications.

6. Coordinate with the production team to understand customer requirements. Work with the R&D team to provide feedback for product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Production Engineering or Any Degree , Diploma, ITI, Arts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil).
