We are hiring for Customer Service Executives at NOIDA

Salary- Upto 3.5 LPA

6 working days with rotational off

Rotational shift

Fresher/ Experienced/undergraduate/graduate all can apply

CANDIDATE MUST BE EXCELLENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls inquiries from customers.
  • Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
  • Record customer interactions and update account information accurately .
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
  • Experience / Fresher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
