Description
The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager is a key position within the Sky Channel-Phygital department, focusing on sales and client relationship management. This role involves a mix of office-based and field sales activities, requiring a dynamic and results-driven professional. The successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the bank's presence in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct field sales visits to potential clients and existing customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell additional bank products and services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and build a network.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and identify trends.
  • Flexibility to travel for field sales activities as required.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to market changes.
