Role Description

Business Development Representative – US Accounting Services

Location:
Bangalore (Onsite with 1 WFH day/week)

Shift:
Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

About the Role:

Drive growth for our US-based accounting services. Generate and qualify leads, set up calls, execute email campaigns, and convert opportunities into closed deals—whether you're fresh out of college or have hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call, email, and use LinkedIn to generate and engage leads.
  • Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls, and support closing deals.
  • Manage email outreach campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain pipeline and update CRM with accurate activity and reports.

Who Should Apply:

  • Freshers
    (recent graduates) with strong communication and sales potential.
  • Experienced professionals
    in BD, lead generation, or inside sales with US market exposure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable working US-aligned night shifts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email tools (preferred).
