Job Details- Manage and maintain the Directors calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
- Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Provide administrative support to special projects as required.
- Coordinates with MD for the day-to-day activities, prioritize tasks.
- Take charge on behalf of MD and take care of the coordination.
