About the Role

We're looking for a Revenue Manager who thrives on turning data into decisions. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll be responsible for pricing strategy, OTA performance, and pacing optimization across the Dubai and Riyadh portfolio — working closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Key Account teams to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Weekly Execution

  • Monitor and adjust pricing using PriceLabs and OTA extranets
  • Track RevPAP, pickup, and pacing trends against budget and historical benchmarks
  • Audit listings for sync issues, amenities accuracy, and performance badges
  • Optimize availability rules to capture orphan gaps and weekend demand
  • Spot-check listing visuals, titles, and map pin accuracy for impression boost

Monthly Strategy

  • Conduct full pricing and MPI audits to ensure market competitiveness
  • Run portfolio performance reviews to identify and address underperformers
  • Improve listing visibility and conversion using OTA performance dashboards
  • Sync pricing and stay rules to major city events and public holidays
  • Present strategic insights and revenue actions in weekly reviews

Tools & Metrics

Must-have Experience With:

  • PriceLabs (Portfolio Analytics, rule engine, pacing tools)
  • Airbnb, , and other OTA extranets
  • Excel (trend analysis, pivots, RevPAP logic)

Bonus Points For:

  • AirDNA, Beds24, Looker, or Power BI experience
