Reporting To: AGM - Operations

Shift Timings - 6 days working (9 hrs)

Shifts - Rotational Night Shifts

Experience - Min. 8 Years to 10 Years

Package - 6 to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Fire & Safety Management

  • Supervision of all fire-fighting systems & safety equipment
  • Conducting fire drills and evacuation exercises
  • Disaster preparedness planning

Traffic, Parking & Crowd Control

  • Monitor and control vehicular movements within mall premises
  • Efficient parking space utilization
  • Managing crowd flow during peak hours and events

Surveillance & Incident Investigation

  • Oversight of electronic surveillance systems
  • Detailed analysis and documentation of all incidents
  • Implementation of preventive measures

Security Operations

  • Security personnel deployment & vigilance planning
  • Patrolling, guarding & theft prevention measures
  • Coordination with local police, fire, and medical services

Customer & Retailer Interaction

  • Ensuring safety and security needs of shoppers and tenants
  • Regular feedback and engagement for continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a Security In-Charge/Manager role, preferably in the retail/shopping mall sector
  • Rotational Night Shifts (Morning or Afternoon or night shift, based on roster)
  • Trained in Security Management, Basic Safety, Rescue & First Aid
  • Uniform and clean shaven policy
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and emergency handling skills
  • Fluency in English; confident and self-driven
