**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they arrive at the checkout counter.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges when required.
- Bag or package customer purchases.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product locations or store policies.
- Balance cash registers at the end of shifts and ensure proper handling of cash.
- Report discrepancies and issues to the supervisor as needed.
- Follow store policies and procedures for returns and exchanges.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
