Inspection & Verification

1. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies using precision measurement tools (e.g., callipers, micrometres, CMMs).

2. Verify product conformance to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications (GD&T).

3. Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 requirements.

5. Inspection methodology

6. Record and maintain accurate inspection results and documentation.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.

2. Identify and document nonconformances; initiate corrective and preventive action reports (CAR/PAR) as required.

3. Maintain control and traceability of inspected materials.

Tools & Equipment

• Use and maintain inspection tools, gauges, and measuring devices in calibration and good working conditions.

• Handling of measuring devices like vernier, Profile projector, 2D height gauge, Bore / Air gauge, etc.

• Support the calibration system per ISO 10012 and AS9100 requirements.

Education : Mechanical Engineering or DME

Experience: Inspecting the machined parts & Handling special process completed parts

Technical :Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.

Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection software.

Experience with MRP/ERP and QMS systems.
