We're Hiring: Social Media Manager


Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

We're expanding our digital team and seeking a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across platforms. You'll lead a talented team of 5 and oversee social media strategy and execution for 30+ active clients—driving engagement, growth, and results at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
  • Create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and goals
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and brand interactions
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and generate performance reports
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-impact visuals and copy
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Run paid campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all channels
  • Lead a team of 5 and manage communications for 30+ active clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats & audience behavior
  • Excellent communication, writing & storytelling skills
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple client accounts
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Familiarity with paid ads and influencer collaborations (preferred)
