Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant –Application Support L2
In this role, as a DevOps Engineer you will be a part of the Cora support team who will take ownership of Deployment related activities/issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Responsibilities

•    Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

•    Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

•    Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Puppet.

•    Utilize cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for infrastructure management.

•    Deploy and manage container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.

•    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic.

•    Develop automation tools using Bash/Shell scripting, Python, or Go.

•    Collaborate with the team to integrate basic Salesforce functionalities.

•    Manage databases using SQL, PGadmin, and PostgreSQL.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    [Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent Preferred qualifications 

•    Good Understanding of Salesforce platform (Admin and Code level understanding)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution.

•    Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation.

•    Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

•    Proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.

•    Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic.

•    Ability to write scripts in Bash/Shell, Python, or Go for automation purposes.

•    Basic understanding of Salesforce integration.

•    Familiarity with SQL databases and tools like PGadmin and PostgreSQL.
