Location: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are hiring a Practice Head - Data with the following skillset:17 years of strong experience in data, big data, cloud & data science.Deep understanding of ETL / Reporting / Cloud / DS technologies.Strong experience in leading high - calibre teams

Strong implementation experience in ETL / reporting / cloud experience.Strong experience in strategy, ideation & execution

Experience in forming & leading various technology - focused COEs.Work with cross - functional teams to achieve the targets

Ability to lead and give direction to a team of developers and leads to implement the solutions

Ability to create POVs, white papers & pre - sales support presentations. Ability to participate in discussions with the customer to ideate & articulate the point of view on various technologies, designs, trends, and architecture. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Python & full - stack development. Strong knowledge of data & data systems (preferred for experienced candidates). Familiarity with product development processes & methodologies.

Develop tools & utilities to serve as accelerators, differentiating our solutions. Convert Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into working code. Test & deploy code independently.

Engage in client - facing activities, including presenting demos & discussing solutions. Proven ability to handle the full cycle of development tasks efficiently. Strong communication & interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
