Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Answer questions about products, pricing, and policies.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and turn them into opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
