Job Title: Senior Google Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Location: Chennai (Office-based)

Experience: 4+ years (hardcore Google Ads campaign ownership)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist who can independently set up, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video. This role requires someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands the full funnel, and can deliver measurable ROI for high-budget campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end 
    setup and management
     of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video).
  • Develop 
    campaign strategies
     to maximize ROAS, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct advanced 
    keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
    .
  • Optimize campaigns daily through 
    bidding strategies, negative keywords, ad copy A/B testing, and funnel adjustments
    .
  • Manage 
    high-budget accounts ($50K+/month)
     with strong focus on cost efficiency and performance.
  • Implement 
    conversion tracking
     via GA4 and GTM for accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Scale campaigns by identifying new growth opportunities, remarketing funnels, and seasonality adjustments.
  • Generate 
    insightful reports and dashboards
     on campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to align ads with landing pages and maximize conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of 
    hands-on experience
     in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Proven track record of 
    independently managing and scaling
     campaigns with budgets exceeding $50K/month.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video Ads
    .
  • Expertise in 
    conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, offline conversions)
    .
  • Deep understanding of 
    bidding strategies, attribution models, and ROI optimization
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into performance insights.
  • Google Ads Certifications
     (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement) preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and lead-gen campaign strategies is a plus.
